Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks, including pulling operational reports and managing various office duties related to warehouse operations.
- Serve as the point of contact for administrative inquiries, assisting staff and coordinating communications.
- Support the warehouse team by scheduling and organizing inventory audits, managing shipping and receiving paperwork, and maintaining accurate records.
- Manage heavy multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment while remaining professional and adaptable.
- Maintain flexibility to handle shifting priorities and tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of strong administrative experience; experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with inventory management software is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
