Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Paid Search Strategist for a growing and dynamic organization. This remote position offers the chance to work with a forward-thinking team, develop cutting-edge paid search strategies, and deliver measurable results for clients. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing paid search campaigns to drive performance and maximize ROI.
Responsibilities:
- Create campaign strategies, set up, and manage paid search campaigns aligned with client goals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive keyword strategies, including negative keywords.
- Draft ad copy and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
- Monitor campaign performance, report on KPIs, and analyze data trends to provide actionable insights.
- Conduct quarterly account maintenance audits to ensure campaign efficiency.
- Optimize campaigns to enhance return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Maintain daily budgets and identify overspending or inefficiencies.
- Allocate budgets effectively across campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Adjust bids based on performance insights and team recommendations.
- Conduct competitor research to refine keywords and ad strategies.
- Present performance reports and campaign updates to internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience with Google Ads and Bing Ads; two (2) years preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
- Ability to learn new industries and business types quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate insights effectively.
