What We’re Looking For:
✔ 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in construction, transportation, or logistics
✔ Experience sourcing and hiring DOT drivers, equipment operators, and skilled laborers
✔ Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to generate reports
✔ Ability to build relationships with internal leadership – in-house recruiting experience is a plus!
Location: Fully on-site – no remote or hybrid until conversion to full-time.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (No overtime!)
