Primary Services is seeking a detail-oriented Service Dispatch Coordinator for our client, a prominent company in the renewable energy sector. This position emphasizes organization, coordination, and technical aptitude, supporting the operational performance of solar systems while ensuring timely service delivery and cost efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments directly with customers.
- Analyze production data to ensure system performance meets expectations.
- Create, dispatch, and manage work orders to fulfill company service-level agreements.
- Assign service teams and technicians to optimize efficiency and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records for accounting accruals of completed work orders.
- Diagnose maintenance and service needs for solar systems
- Identify remedies for underperforming systems.
- Schedule and maintain customer appointments
- Manage technician occupancy and overtime
- Process field service reports from both internal and external service providers.
- Review field service invoices and service reports for quality and completion of work.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2 years of experience in field service coordination, remote troubleshooting, or transportation.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and evening shifts as needed.
- Hands-on experience with solar or electrical systems is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of home construction or residential electrical systems is a plus.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
