- Identify and assess suppliers based on organizational needs, quality standards, and financial stability.
- Monitor market trends and supplier landscapes to drive cost savings and process improvements.
- Conduct in-depth supplier evaluations, including reputation, service quality, and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to establish supplier selection criteria and procurement strategies.
- Lead contract negotiations to secure optimal terms, including pricing, delivery schedules, and warranties.
