Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically savvy Supply Chain Systems Administrator to support our Source-to-Pay (S2P) platform operations. This role is ideal for someone with experience in systems like Coupa, Ariba, or Icertis, and who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You will manage system configurations, handle user access, troubleshoot issues, and serve as a key point of contact between internal stakeholders and our digital procurement systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary system administrator for Coupa and related S2P tools (e.g., Ariba, Icertis).
- Manage group inboxes, identify action items, and prioritize responses appropriately.
- Oversee user access, permissions, and role configurations across procurement systems.
- Support ServiceNow ticketing, track progress, and follow up on issue resolution.
- Maintain and update ship-to addresses and related data fields in the system.
- Perform data imports/exports and assist with bulk data updates as needed.
- Collaborate with internal clients and stakeholders (and occasionally external suppliers) to ensure seamless system functionality.
- Assist with the configuration of system workflows, approval chains, and contract/invoice setup.
- Support ongoing projects related to process improvement and digital procurement transformation.
- Participate in user training and support calls, helping resolve day-to-day system challenges.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in a systems admin or procurement support role, ideally within supply chain or finance.
- Hands-on experience with Coupa (strongly preferred), Ariba, or Icertis.
- Basic technical understanding of system configurations (checkbox rules, permissions, etc.).
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills—able to triage issues from a shared inbox and determine action paths.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort in client-facing roles (internal and occasional external).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with ERP integrations, data analysis, or supplier onboarding processes.
- Exposure to project management or participation in digital transformation projects.
