Primary Talent Partners has a 12 month Project Coordinator (Fiber Construction) opening with a telecom client based out of Columbia, MD. This position will be a full-time W2 contract, hybrid position with potential for extension or conversion.
Pay : $20 to $26 / hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment.
Schedule : This position follows a hybrid work schedule, with Monday and Friday as work-from-home days and Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday requiring in-office attendance.
Job Description :
We are seeking a Operations Coordinator to support our Fiber Construction Team in managing multiple projects efficiently. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and highly organized individual who can assist with project tracking, reporting, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the Fiber Construction Team in overseeing multiple projects.
- Assist with data entry and updates in the CRM system.
- Ensure milestone follow-ups to meet project delivery timelines.
- Generate special reports for internal teams and customers as needed.
- Coordinate access arrangements for major projects.
- Prepare slide decks for senior management meetings.
- Handle daily office operations, including supply management, suite access, office maintenance, and visitor support.
- Maintain a log of off-site personnel accessing remote locations.
- Take detailed meeting notes and distribute minutes to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with event planning and administrative projects as assigned.
