Schedule: Mon - Fri standard business hours; 40-hour work week

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Fiber Construction team across multiple projects, ensuring timely communication and execution.
- Prepare and distribute special reports for both internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Enter and update job information within the CRM system.
- Track and follow up on key project milestones to meet delivery timelines.
- Assist with access arrangements for major fiber projects.
- Coordinate and prepare slide decks and presentation materials for senior leadership.
- Handle various administrative tasks including facility operations, supply inventory, event planning, and visitor support.
- Take detailed meeting notes and distribute minutes to relevant team members.
- Maintain logs of off-site personnel entering remote work locations.
- Assist with miscellaneous projects and reports as needed.
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or project support role, preferably in a construction or telecommunications environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable working in an office setting; occasional walking and sitting required.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
