Project Manager

Primary Talent Partners has a Project Manager for our client in Hillard, OH. This is a 12 month contract. This role is onsite in Hillard, OH. Must be a permanent resident (US Citizen, GC Holder) NO C2C

Work hours: 7 AM to 4 PM
Description:
This position is for a project manager that will manage two (2) start up data centers in Lancaster County, OH area and one (1) project in Lancaster County, OH. The two (2) projects consist of a total of 34 - gens delivering and commissioning in 2024- 2025. The other project will deliver a total of 9 Gen and will co-managed. The Project manager will manage the schedule, commissioning, on site meetings, issue resolution, resource scheduling, cx documentation and serve as on-site safety lead 
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Leads multiple projects from inception to completion
• facilitates project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to determine the scope and objectives of each project
• works with business stakeholders to establish project performance goals
• designs project plan, develops timeline, identifies project milestones, and tracks performance against performance goals and timeline.
• Identifies, tracks, and works with others to resolve project issues.
• Monitors and communicates project status to project team.
• Plans and monitors project budget, conducts research and analysis
• provides input into the design and development of project plans and timelines.
• Manages project risk; uses quality tools to identify areas of risk; works with others on the team and outside the team to identify alternatives or solutions.
• Documents and shares team learnings with other teams; draws on other project team experiences to enhance the success of the project.
• Maintains project notes, databases, and other records; monitors measures and communicates with Project Sponsor and other stakeholders on status of specific projects and assignments.
• Identifies and assigns appropriate resources to accomplish various project tasks; guides and coaches team members through various stages of the project; provides developmental feedback to team.
   

Required Skills:

• 5 years of Project Management experience
• Proven experience managing large-scale industrial or data center projects.
• Strong understanding of commissioning processes and resource scheduling.
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with safety compliance and serving as a safety lead on construction or industrial sites.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong communication and organization both verbal and written
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
