Primary Talent Partners has an opening for a Purchasing Specialist. This role is onsite in King of Prussia, local candidates only. NO C2C, Permanent Residents only.
Role: Purchasing Specialist
Locatoin: King of Prussia, PA
Duratoin: 6 months, Possible extension
Specifc Exp: Must be fluent in Spanish
This is a contractor position for a specific project that will be required. This position reports to the Procurement Manager, Process and System Support. Responsible to coordinate day to day procurement activities for a major team, ensuring the efficient, accurate, and compliant acquisition of materials within the policies and guidelines established by management.Essential Duties & Responsibilities with % Breakdown:
Identify the major activities or responsibilities of the job (usually 4 to 6). Using a short phrase name or list each activity; estimate the percentage of time spent on each one. Then describe each activity in detail, and how it is done. Use increments of 10% and higher.
High School. BAS or AS degree preferred
Certifications/Trainings: Competencies -Knowledge Skills & Abilities (KSAs)

- Systems and Contracts - 40%
- Execute the creation and maintenance of SAP Outline Agreements Maintain to support plants covered under the special project.
- Maintain high level of accuracy while creating and verifying material pricing information to ensure variable margins are not compromised.
- Manage the integrity of company purchases through verification and maintenance of all required purchasing documents; {contracts, vendor set up, pricing, payment terms, etc.}
- Accounting - 40%
- Resolve all invoice exceptions. Work directly with suppliers to review/resolve invoice discrepancies for a portfolio of total spend of $1B.
- Ensure all credit notes and rebates are secured and posted.
- Identify suppliers that have repeated exceptions and root cause and solve problems to reduce number of exceptions.
- Processes - 20%
- Maintain a high level of accuracy on all processes managed for audit purposes.
- Experienced in use of ERPS, SAP
- Experience in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivables
- Experienced in use of Microsoft Office Suite, emphasis on Excel
- Fluent in Spanish

- Participates in HES activities provided by site management and Arkema Inc. (e.g., Behavioral Base Safety, SafeStart, etc.)
