Primary Talent Partners has a SHORT-TERM W2 contract with our great client.
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder - No C2C/No Sponsorship.
- Pay: $40-45/hr
- Location: Fully Remote but must be able to work EST Hour
- Assignment Length: W2 contract through 12/31/2024, Could Extend into January 2025 depending on need
- Candidates must have 5 years of practitioner experience such as ERG leadership, leading an ERG capability, program management, organizational development and/or DEI
- Must have completed BA or Advanced Degree for consideration
We are looking for a strategic global ERG Program Manager to oversee our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). As a part of our Diversity Equity and Inclusion Center of Excellence (DEI COE), you will report into the Director of DEI to help grow our business and deliver an exceptional associate experience. This role will support the global strategy of our ERGs with the primary focus of enabling associate success along with the development and management of global wide programs, events and initiatives in support of global diversity, equity and inclusion strategy and objectives.
What you'll need:
- 5 years of practitioner experience which might include ERG leadership,
- 5 leading an ERG capability, program management, organizational
- 5 development and/or DEI
- Proven experience managing a budget
- Ability to quickly understand and distill data (quantitative and qualitative), and analyses into prioritized insights and action plans
- A highly effective communicator with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate ideas, concepts, and proposals to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders Proven ability to design, develop, execute, and measure impact of programs/projects that drive change and support the company's growth
- Capable of working effectively with, and influencing, stakeholders at all levels without having direct reporting authority
