Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Global ERG Program Manager for a contract assignment with one of our premier Research and Advisory services clients in Stamford, CT. This role will be remote.

Responsibilities :
- Work with the Director of DEI and the DEI COE to align the ERG capability with the firm's strategy and business objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and coach for the ERG leaders (incl. co-chairs and executive sponsors) and members.
- Onboard and exit co-chair through a consistent recruitment and exit process.
- Develop and manage global programs and forums for connecting, developing and recognizing ERG leaders and effective practices.
- Support the governance model and playbook for ERGs across the organization.
- Manage ERG budgets and facilitate the semi-annual planning process.
- Manage associate dialogue platforms - Real Talks, Fireside Chats, Ask Me Discussions - and collaboration with essential partners, such as HR, Legal, Communications and CSR
- Develop and communicate the resourcing and prioritization needed to continue to mature the ERG capability to support specific business objectives - such as enhanced associate engagement in a virtual first environment, increased revenue performance and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with co-chairs to tailor global programs, events and trainings to local context.
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert on trends and developments within the ERG space and act as a subject matter expert for internal partners.
- Develop and enhance metrics that measure ERG impact on the firm's culture, associates, clients and brand.
- Hire, maintain and vet out and pay our external speakers and vendors.
- Keep abreast of research, insights, and leading and innovative practices for ERGs
- Support ERG co-chairs in providing ERG updates to Executive Sponsors and other key stakeholders.
- 5 years of practitioner experience which might include ERG leadership, leading an ERG capability, program management, organizational development and/or DEI
- Proven experience managing a budget.
- Ability to quickly understand and distill data (quantitative and qualitative), and analyses into prioritized insights and action plans.
