The contractor shall:
a. Have at least a bachelor’s degree in business, management, acquisition, procurement, contracting or a related field.
b. Have at least 5 years of experience (as a mid-level acquisition and data management professional) supporting major Federal of DoD acquisition efforts including planning, and executing acquisition, contracting, and business projects, and processing data.
c. Develop acquisition, contracting, and business requirements; develop acquisition and data strategies; draft cost estimates; prepare, analyze, and track acquisition documents including the Statement of Work, Statement of Objectives, Market Research, Independent Government Cost Estimate, Source Selection Documents, Request for Proposal, Request for Information, Acquisition Plans, Source Selection Documents, Evaluation Criteria, and additional pre-award and post-award contract documents; and prepare point papers and PowerPoint briefings.
d. Have experience developing or using software tools to collect, track, analyze, and report contract data, requirements, deliverables, or business operations data.
e. Have experience analyzing and improving data reliability and quality.
f. Be proficient with acquisition tools to include but not limited to: SAP, Federal Supply Schedules (FSS), System for Award Management (SAM), GSA e-Library, GSA Advantage, GSA eBuy, and Small Business Administration (SBA) Dynamic Business Search.
g. Be proficient in Microsoft Office 2000 or later with emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project, and other applicable database and office automation products, to include Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
h. Experience with Power BI is preferred but not required.
i. Effectively communicate with senior leadership both orally (in common English narration) and in writing.
j. Have the ability to support multiple projects and work under pressure with tight deadlines in a teamwork environment.
k. Have the ability to obtain an active adjudicated CBP Background Investigation.
l. Have the ability to work onsite at the Government’s facility in Washington DC as required (no more than two days a week) and work remote
