The Company: Prime Auto USA is an independent used car dealership located in Jackson, TN with a full sales team, finance team, client success team and service team with a total of just under 50 employees and selling just under 100 cars per month. We provide automotive reconditioning to cars that are being prepared to sell including an 80 point inspection as well as on-going repairs with the purchase of our VSC-Vehicle Service Contract and customer pay work. Job Description:
The BDC department is responsible for setting appointments with potential buyers to meet with the sales representatives at the automotive dealership.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures all internet leads are followed up with until competition of sale;
- Make an average of 120 daily outbound calls/text/emails in response to inquiries about vehicles and financing.
- Exhibit ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers;
- Answer customer inquiries and calls when necessary;
- Follows up with aged sales leads;
- Manage and track all leads;
- Manage all incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails;
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales forecasts;
- Work closely with executive and department managers to develop appointment setting strategies;
- Handle our customer contacts through CRM, service, follow-up and lead generations;
- Schedule sales/service appointments and reschedule no-show customers;
- Provide training and ongoing support to the business development representatives to help the team understand and achieve the dealership’s goals;
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations;
- Answer customer internet inquires by both email and phone;
- Manage day-to-day business of the business development center;
- Achieve the sales and customer satisfaction objective set by management.
Requirements:
- Previous Sales experience;
- Competitive and self-motivated attitude that thrives on goals;

- Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve;
- Ability to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound sales and service call volume, internet leads and call lists;
- Must have strong phone skills; you will be making 120 calls per day to customers that have already contacted us.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
