Responsibilities
- Receive requests from 3rd party/customers entities through calls and provide responses with the required documents to the requestor via call/mail/email/fax.
- Provide responses to insurance policy-related questions) Make outbound calls (if required) to confirm policy-level / coverage-level changes) Submit changes on existing policies)
- Set up a reminder and follow up with customer on timely manner.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent,
- Active Property & Casualty Personal Lines license for Ohio is a MUST.
