We are looking for a candidate who not only possesses knowledge in Dentrix, Credit Card Processing, Front Office, Patient Scheduling, Insurance Billing, Treatment Planning, X-Rays, Insurance Claims, Insurance Verification, Scheduling Appointments, File Management, Claims, Patient Care, Accounts Receivable, HIPAA, Administrative Skills, Referrals, General Office Duties, and Billing, but also brings even more skills to the table.
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee all front office operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency
- Coordinate patient scheduling with attention to detail and excellent customer service
- Understand and handle insurance billing and claims with accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Provide hands-on patient care and support to create a welcoming and comfortable environment
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures for optimal organization
- Assist in training and mentoring new staff members to uphold high standards of patient care
- Collaborate with dental providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients
- Assist in hiring and training new staff.

Benefits :
Salary : Competitive salary range of $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year based on experience, resume etc. However, pay is still negotiable for the right person.
