- Collaborate with our dental professionals to gather and document client information, schedule appointments, and follow up with clients as needed
- Handle billing inquiries and process payments accurately and in a timely manner
- Efficiently and effectively resolve client inquiries and issues to ensure a positive customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge to effectively assist clients and provide accurate information
- Comply with company policies and procedures, ensuring client confidentiality and data security
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting

- Experience using customer service software and computer systems
