Remote Call Center Agent

$30 per hour

As a Remote Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by answering incoming calls and assisting patients with their inquiries and appointments. You will serve as the first point of contact for our patients and ensure that their needs are met to their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls and addressing patient inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Scheduling appointments and sending appointment reminders
• Verifying patient information and updating records accurately
• Providing information about our services and assisting in selecting the appropriate treatment plan for patients
• Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly
• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards all patients and colleagues
• Meeting and exceeding set performance metrics and targets
• Participating in ongoing training and development to continuously improve customer service skills
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
• Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in computer and typing skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
