2. Familiarity with network infrastructure components, such as switches, routers, and patch panels.
3. Experience with cabling in commercial environments, data centers, or industrial facilities.
4. Proficiency in using tools such as crimpers, punch-down tools, cable testers, and tone generators.
5. Knowledge of cabling standards, such as TIA/EIA-568, TIA/EIA-606, and others related to structured cabling systems.
6. Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 50 lbs.), work in tight spaces, and occasionally climb ladders.
7. Strong troubleshooting skills with a logical approach to diagnosing and resolving issues.
8. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a team and effectively communicate with non-technical stakeholders.
9. Open to travelling up to 50% of the time.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $43,680.00 to $74,880.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
