Responsibilities

The Director of Operations is responsible for the administrative direction, evaluation, and coordination of Hospital functions and activities, ensuring that operational objectives fall in line with the overall needs of the company. Assists the CEO in the aggressive and successful growth of the health system by overseeing organizational compliance, advocacy, and strategic initiatives. Will work closely with the corporate and local leadership to drive financial and operational performance improvements and help the Hospital meet its goals and objectives.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Master’s in related discipline required.

2. 5 years of healthcare/management experience required

3. Financial and operations management expertise are required.

4. Previous work experience in both for-profit and non-profit corporations preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $XXX,XXX.XX to $XXX,XXX.XX on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
