Position Overview
Prime Healthcar is seeking a personable, reliable, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing support team on a part-time, remote basis. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, providers, and partners, helping to resolve inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat messages in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers with appointment scheduling, billing inquiries, service information, and general support
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system
- Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department
- Follow up on open cases to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services, policies, and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- 1 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in healthcare or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using technology and navigating multiple systems
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
Schedule & Compensation
- Part-time: 15–25 hours per week
