What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Disposition Manager position at Prime Home Buyers?
We are a California-based Real Estate company that specializes in wholesaling/real estate investing across the United States!
This role will be responsible for helping manage our 15 escrows/contracts going on at a time. Those Disposition Manager role primarily consists of facilitating the completion of the transaction. The role is Mon-Fri (required flexibility after-hours) and is in-person at the Costa Mesa/Fountain Valley office.
Responsibilities
- Market properties to cash buyers to get contracts sold
- Create new buyer contacts in order to develop and grow our existing buyers list
- Constant monitoring of available properties, and status along the sales process
- Understand how "comps" work and be able to underwrite our properties quickly
- Transaction Coordination
Qualifications
- Very Strong Project Management Skills
- Strong Administrative abilities
- Strong Phone, Verbal and Written Skills
- Excellent Multi-Tasker
- Ability to build relationships
- Ability to build rapport with all parties involved in the transaction
- Sales experience is a plus

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
