Prime IV Wilmington is locally owned and operated by our medical director who follows the strictest guidelines in safety and compliance. Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Front Desk Medical Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in providing a warm, welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an outstanding experience from start to finish. You will work closely with our medical team and support our wellness services by assisting with administrative tasks and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for services
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails/texts, and provide information about services and treatments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and soothing front desk area in alignment with our spa-like atmosphere.
- Ensure all client records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines.
- Learn and retain detailed information of our nutrients and services we offer
- Maintain proficiency with spa's software programs (Booker, Intake Q and CRM)
- Take and record client's vital signs
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa.
Qualifications:
- Certified Medical Assistant
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Previous experience in medical administrative support is preferred
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Comfortable working in a spa environment and helping create a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere.
- Competence with office equipment and computer systems
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity
- Proficiency in measuring vital signs and administering injections.
