Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate PRN Registered Nurse to join our team for the weekends and help with increasing spa sales. Prime IV provides re-hydration therapy in Northern Virginia. Our Merrifield/Dunn-Loring/Vienna location is newly open.
We are looking to hire a nurse who is both client-focused and sales driven and exceptionally proficient at administering IVs to work in our relaxing, low-stress, spa-like environment. Sales experience is a must as our spa intro offers are designed to attract clients in, but the spa does not make any profit unless we sell add-on services (i.e. additives to the IV drips, IM injections, NAD injections/infusions, membership conversions, etc). You must feel comfortable and confident with being able to do this as a med spa nurse. This position allows RNs to accept gratuity from clients.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and enthusiastically to build lasting relationships
- Engage in thorough consultations with clients about their health and wellness goals and put together 6-month wellness plans to help them achieve them
- Educate patients on their treatment plans and answer their questions as needed
- Administer IV treatments and IM injections and monitor patients during their IV drips to ensure an enjoyable experience from start to finish
- Prepare essential oil-infused hand towels to clients upon arrival to spa, prepare spa water to keep in reception, offer heated eye masks during IV drips, etc consistently to maintain a spa vibe.
- Accurately and completely chart all services administered to patients post-treatment
- Provide clients with a five-star experience so they look forward to future visits
- Adhere to safety standards and protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Maintain fluidity of spa operations, spa cleanliness, and stock inventory as needed.
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Virginia
- Proficient experience with IV administration
- Strong experience with Sales
- Adequate knowledge of IV therapy procedures and best practices
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- CPR and ACLS certified
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about health and wellness
Benefits:
- Pay: $30 per hour plus gratuity and commission (at least 20% additional income from gratuity).
