Summary

The Spa Manager is a licensed paramedic or registered nurse with strong management and sales skills, responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare services, overseeing daily spa operations, and driving membership sales. This dual role requires expertise in clinical care, business management, and a results-driven sales approach to support Prime IV's goals and revenue growth.


Responsibilities

Healthcare Services:

●      Conduct health assessments and screenings, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

●      Monitor clients during treatments to ensure safety and provide post-treatment care instructions.

Spa Management:

●      Oversee daily spa operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.

●      Train and supervise spa staff to ensure exceptional service and adherence to protocols.

●      Develop and implement policies to enhance guest experience and streamline operations.

Sales and Membership Promotion:

●      Actively promote spa memberships as a primary responsibility, engaging clients in conversations about membership benefits.

●      Educate clients on service offerings, wellness plans, and membership packages to drive sales.

●      Introduce clients to service amplifiers, add-ons, and product enhancements to elevate their experience while increasing sales revenue.

●      Track and report on sales targets, working to meet or exceed membership goals.

●      Develop sales strategies and outreach efforts, collaborating with the Business Success Manager to increase membership conversions and revenue.

Customer Relations:

●      Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction, address feedback, and encourage return visits.

●      Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.


The salary begins at $85,000 and is based on experience.


Essential Skills, Experience and Qualifications

●      Licensed Paramedic or Registered Nurse with current certification and experience in Spa setting.

●      Proven experience in spa management or a related field, preferably with a sales-oriented background.

●      Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales.

●      Proficiency in administrative tasks, including budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.

●      Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively and ensure smooth daily operations.

●      Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, as well as spa industry trends and best practices.

●      Financial Management: Ability to monitor expenses, manage budgets, and meet sales targets to ensure profitability.

●      Inventory Management: Skilled in tracking medical supplies and equipment to prevent shortages and ensure smooth operations.

●      Policy Implementation: Expertise in developing and enforcing policies and procedures that enhance the guest experience while streamlining daily operations.

●      Effective Team Leadership: Ability to motivate, train, and manage employees to deliver discreet and safe-quality service.

●      Conflict Resolution: Handle employee or customer issues calmly and professionally to maintain a positive environment.

Physical Demands: This role requires a combination of physical activity—including standing, walking, and lifting—and administrative tasks, such as typing, scheduling, and documentation. Success in this position relies on the ability to maintain stamina during busy shifts, coordinate staff effectively, and seamlessly assist with both clinical responsibilities and operational duties.
