Qualifications
Required :
- U.S. Citizen
- Active TS / SCI clearance / access or TS / SCI Eligible
- Earned Bachelors degree in program / project-related discipline, e.g., Management, Systems Engineering, or Project Management
- At least 10 years of relevant program / project management experience, at least 6 years of which must have been performed in the DoD acquisition and operational environment

Knowledge in DoD and IC security processes and procedures.Experience in classified systems data handling and operational level support.Experience with senior level operations, coordination, and communications.Experience analyzing and evaluating current events and providing recommendations to the Unit leadership to help assure continuity of activities and processing of security requirements are effectively integrated through security architecture, design, development, and configuration.The Program Managers shall have :
