As we continue to grow, we’re hiring a Client Experience Concierge to manage front desk operations and ensure every guest has an exceptional experience from the moment they walk in.
Position Details:
- Location: East Wichita
- Type: Part-time
- Pay:
- $15/hour (standard)
- $18/hour for licensed pharmacy technicians
- Schedule:
- Fridays: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Saturday-only applicants will be considered
- Pharmacy techs may be eligible for 3–4 weekday shifts as well
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests enthusiastically and check them in for their appointments
- Offer spa water and notify nursing staff of client arrivals
- Keep the lobby and consultation rooms clean and guest-ready
- Sanitize rooms between visits to maintain med-spa cleanliness standards
- Check guests out and assist with rebooking their next appointment
- Answer phone calls, emails, and text messages
- Book, reschedule, or cancel appointments as needed
- Provide general information about services (non-medical inquiries only)
- Escalate any medical-related questions to licensed nurses
- Maintain accurate records and support smooth front desk operations
Pharmacy Tech-Specific Duties (if licensed):
- Compound IV bags under USP 797 compliance and Prime IV protocols
- Collaborate with nursing staff to prepare IVs safely and accurately

- A genuine interest in wellness and helping others feel their best
- Comfortable using a computer, Microsoft Word, and multi-channel communication (text, phone, email)
- Highly organized and detail-focused
- Able to stay composed and helpful on busy days
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in wellness, med-spa, or hospitality settings
- Familiarity with appointment scheduling or POS systems
- Licensed Pharmacy Technician (required for compounding duties)
