As a Customer Service Associate at Prime Landscaping & Snow Removal, you will be a key member of our administrative team, providing essential support to our management and ensuring efficient operation of office tasks. This role combines administrative duties with high-level customer service to enhance our client interactions and operational efficiency.

OBJECTIVES
- Assist in Estimate Preparation – Support the estimating team in developing accurate and competitive cost estimates for landscaping, excavation, hardscaping, and other services.
- Review Project Plans & Specifications – Analyze blueprints, job scopes, and client requests to understand project requirements.
- Ensure Estimate Accuracy – Gather material, labor, and equipment costs to create precise and profitable estimates.
- Meet Deadlines – Complete assigned estimates on time to support bidding schedules and operational planning.
- Support Bidding Process – Help prepare bid packages and submit estimates for review by the Estimating Manager before sending to Account Executives.
- Collaborate with Team Members – Work closely with Sr. Estimators, the Estimating Manager, and other departments to ensure seamless project handoff.
- Track & Update Cost Databases – Maintain up-to-date pricing information for labor, materials, and equipment to improve estimating accuracy.
- Learn & Develop Estimating Skills – Gain experience in cost analysis, software tools, and industry best practices under the guidance of senior estimators.

- Initiative & Willingness to Learn – Motivated to improve skills and gain experience in estimating through mentorship and hands-on experience.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 1 years of experience in estimating, project coordination, or a related field (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of estimating software (Aspire, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar platforms) is a plus.
- Experience in landscaping, construction, or excavation industries is beneficial but not required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
- Spanish speaking is preferred.

- Light lifting up to 20-30 lbs
