Job Description:
We are looking for a hands-on Landscape Superintendent to oversee field operations, manage crews, and ensure high-quality project execution. If you have experience in landscaping, site supervision, and crew leadership, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of landscaping projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Manage and coordinate multiple crews, ensuring efficiency and safety on job sites.
- Review blueprints and plans, making sure all work aligns with project specifications.
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Train and mentor crew members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Inspect completed work for quality control and compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain inventory of materials and equipment, ensuring proper usage and upkeep.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as a Superintendent or Foreman in the landscaping or construction industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret landscape blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- OSHA certification (preferred but not required).
