Prime Limo & Car Service provides a high quality, white glove, transportation service from individual clients to multiday events and large corporations. Our fleet selection includes premium class vehicles and luxury sedans, specially designed to accommodate client travel and special requests. Sedans, SUVs, and limousines are our most common vehicles for business travel and airport transfers, while we also provide party buses, party limos, and sprinters, accommodating a party on-the-go.
Prime Limo & Car Service is currently seeking a full-time Reservation Specialist to manage high-volume operations while providing quality customer service through client calls, emails, reservation/quote requests, and live online chat. We provide thorough training for 2 weeks with in-person employment, before moving this role to 100% remote (work from home). We provide all the equipment.
Responsibilities:
The Reservation Specialist’s primary responsibilities include:
- Managing high-volume reservation requests, modifications, quote requests, and status updates, in a timely manner, via client emails, phone calls, and live online chats.
- Managing multiple high priority tasks simultaneously, such as:
- Tracking fleet drivers on GPS software to ensure on-time arrivals/departures
- Setting up fleet schedules aligned to meet exact client requests
- Providing clients timely updates to manage expectations
- Creating comprehensive emails containing logistical details in a timely manner (at times, within 1 hour of requests).
- Working within time-sensitive client deadlines, while providing high-quality customer service.
Qualifications:
- MUST BE ABLE TO READ AND UNDERSTAND DETAILED EMAILS
- Ability to perform in a high-volume environment, individually and on a team
- Detail oriented, self-motivated, and autonomously able to manage multiple high priority tasks at once
- Strong professional verbal and written communication skills (fluent in English)
- Proficient in email and live online chat systems (knowledge/experience using Front is preferred)
- Ability to type at a speed of 40 words per minute (we will require a skills test)
- Knowledge of the DFW metropolitan area and local attractions (to share with customers) preferred
- Experience working in customer service industry (hotel, retail, restaurant, etc.) preferred
Required Schedule:
- Tuesday to Saturday 11 am to 8 pm (Sunday and Monday off)
- 40 hours per week minimum
- 2 weeks training in office (in-person), then able to work fully from home (remote)
