House Cleaner with a TEAM

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and flexible On-Call Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior cleaning experience and the ability to respond quickly to cleaning needs as they arise. You will play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and window cleaning in various environments (offices, restrooms, and common areas).
• Ensure cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard and within the required time frame.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other facilities as needed.
• Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Handle cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly and safely.
• Follow cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure consistent quality of work.
• Respond to on-call requests for cleaning in a timely manner.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of clients and staff.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a cleaner, janitor, or in a similar role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper techniques, and equipment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Flexibility to work on-call and adjust to varying schedules.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.52 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• On call
• Weekends as needed

Work Location: On the road
