Duties And Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting customers over the phone and in person.
- Suggest applicable and relevant upsells to help customers walk out the door with everything they need.
- Learn how products work and how to troubleshoot issues with customers.
- Assist other team members with transactions when necessary.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to perform tasks.
- General computer skills required.
- Bilingual communication skills preferred.
- Experience with metal buildings preferred.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to computer software systems.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Positive attitude and desire to work as a team player.
- Ability for cross training in other areas of the plant.
