Senior Retirement Administrator :
Prime Pensions, Inc. is an actuarial and record keeping firm which is committed to providing high quality, personalized design and ongoing administrative services for Qualified Retirement Plans. The Firms sole focus is 401(k), profit sharing and defined benefit plans.
Position Summary :
Our affiliate firm is seeking candidates for a Senior DC Retirement Plan Administrator. This role is responsible for servicing clients who sponsor defined contribution plans as well as various projects within the plan administration area. Candidates will be required to manage a group of clients, review the work of other administrators and provide training and mentorship for team members. Ideal applicants must be willing to work in a group environment, be well organized and be able to work effectively as a hybrid employee.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Serve as primary client contact for a book of plans and perform A to Z work on the plans
- Perform non-discrimination testing
- Prepare Form 5500
- Perform Trust Accounting
- Review the third party administration work performed by team members
