What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at Prime Pest and Lawn?
We're looking to hire 2 office administrators. This would include help with customer service, and inside sales. Pay is $15/hr with 10% commission on the sales side. We would prefer someone with experience dealing with customers either face to face or over the phone. We want someone who is comfortable talking to people, can resolve concerns, and a quick learner. Previous customer service work is encouraged. Candidate must have proficient computer skills. Experience in sales or customer service in the pest control space is encouraged. Training will be provided.
Duties include:
-Talking to customers on the phone to schedule appointments
-Receiving payment for services rendered
-Emailing and texting customers for upcoming services or appointments
-Contacting technicians daily about routes
-Maintaining a positive image of the company when dealing with customers with any issues they may have
