What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales and Office Manager position at Prime Pest and Lawn?
We're looking to hire an office manager/admin. This would include help with customer service, and inside sales. You are the one in charge. You make the tough decisions and help our customers have a positive experience with our services provided. Pay would also include 10% commission on inside sales. We want someone who has experience in the pest control industry. Someone who is proficient in customer service, resolving concerns, and can hit the ground running based on their previous duties at a company. We will provide training for our CRM and specific job duties. Previous pest control sales is preferred.
Duties include:
-Talking to customers on the phone to schedule appointments
-Receiving payment for services rendered
-Emailing and texting customers for upcoming services or appointments
-Contacting technicians daily about routes
-Maintaining a positive image of the company when dealing with customers with any issues they may have
-Overseeing other staff members and managing them
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
