Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our high-performing sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of sales strategies, and a passion for building long-lasting relationships with clients. As a Sales Manager, you will oversee the entire sales process, managing key accounts, and ensure the team meets and exceeds sales all while delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and consistent achievements of targets.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to uncover new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Manage key accounts and cultivate strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure long-term partnerships with prospective clients.
  • Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce, Trailer Ops or similar) to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate performance reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure sales efforts are aligned with promotional and branding campaigns.
  • Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for the sales team to improve skills in business development and account management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a sales management or similar role, ideally within a relevant industry.
  • Strong background in business development, account management, and outside sales.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a team toward success.
  • Expertise in analyzing sales data and using insights to make strategic decisions that drive results. Excellent negotiation skills and a track record of fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Trailer Ops/Salesforce is highly preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
