Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and consistent achievements of targets.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to uncover new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Manage key accounts and cultivate strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure long-term partnerships with prospective clients.
- Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce, Trailer Ops or similar) to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate performance reports.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure sales efforts are aligned with promotional and branding campaigns.
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for the sales team to improve skills in business development and account management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales management or similar role, ideally within a relevant industry.
- Strong background in business development, account management, and outside sales.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a team toward success.
- Expertise in analyzing sales data and using insights to make strategic decisions that drive results. Excellent negotiation skills and a track record of fostering long-term client relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Trailer Ops/Salesforce is highly preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric mindset.

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
