Work Schedule
- Shift Times: 8 AM – 8 PM, 10 AM – 10 PM, 1 PM – 1 AM, 3 PM – 3 AM
- Total Hours: 80 – 84 hours biweekly
- Patient Census: 25 – 30 patients per shift
- Current CV with all gaps explained (within the last 6 months)
- Three (3) current letters of reference from healthcare providers familiar with the contractor's clinical practice, including one from the Chief of Staff/Medical Director or Immediate Supervisor.
- Must have worked within the last 6 months
- Timeline: 6 weeks
- MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tetanus (Td), PPD, Flu
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS
- Fingerprints and security clearance required
- Certified NP or PA
- CCHCF’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) System
- Any State NP/PA License accepted
