Certifications: BLS, Certified Infection Control Preventionist or CIC credentialed
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience related to Infection Prevention.

- Lead infection control practices, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and serving as a clinical expert.
- Conduct surveillance and data analysis, identifying infection trends and initiating corrective actions.
- Perform regular rounds and audits to monitor aseptic techniques, standard precautions, and quality control.
- Collaborate with hospital departments on performance improvement and infection prevention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with TJC, CMS, OSHA, CDC, IHS, and GSU infection control policies.
- Support patient care teams, reviewing medical records and assisting in hospital-acquired infection follow-ups.
