Qualification
Education: A graduate or higher-level degree, bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or diploma from an accredited professional nursing education program is required.
Certifications: Any state RN license is acceptable
Certifications: BLS, ACLS
Experience: Minimum 2 years of RN experience in the last 36 months (Med-Surg, Acute Care)

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a 17-bed inpatient unit, managing medical and post-surgical patients.
- Perform medication administration, IV therapy, wound care, and pain management.
- Assist in emergency resuscitation and life-saving interventions (ACLS required).
- Monitor and document patient vitals, neurological status, and medication effects.
- Manage and operate therapeutic devices, including suction tubes, drainage systems, and ECG machines.
- Collect, process, and document lab specimens (blood, urine, stool, etc.).
- Act as a team leader, coordinating with physicians and ancillary staff for comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in quality control activities, such as crash cart checks and infection control compliance.
