Certifications: Any state RN license is acceptable
Certifications: BLS
Experience: Minimum 2 years of RN experience in the last 36 months (Outpatient Clinic)

Responsibilities
- Deliver primary and specialty care services to patients in a clinic setting.
- Administer vaccines, medication, and IV therapy per provider instructions.
- Support preventive health initiatives, patient counseling, and chronic disease management.
- Provide triage and urgent care interventions for walk-in patients.
- Ensure compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, and FHCC clinical standards.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and self-care protocols.
- Assist in minor procedures, surgical prep, and post-op recovery monitoring.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
