Shift Schedule: Nights or afternoons, 3x12s (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM or 2:30 PM - 3:00 AM, 36 hrs/week), every other weekend, holiday rotation if scheduled. Option for 5x8s (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, 40 hrs/week) if interested.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Long-Term Care (LTC), or Medical-Surgical settings
License: Active Michigan LPN License
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association (AHA)
Additional Requirement: COVID-19 vaccination card

Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and report changes in condition.
- Administer medications via oral, topical, subcutaneous, intramuscular, and intravenous routes.
- Perform wound care, catheter care, and tracheostomy maintenance while monitoring for infections.
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
