Job Title : LPN - Long-Term Care
Location : Petoskey, MI
Start Date : February 24, 2025
Duration : 13 Weeks
Shift Schedule : Nights or afternoons, 3x12s (6 : 30 PM - 7 : 00 AM or 2 : 30 PM - 3 : 00 AM, 36 hrs / week), every other weekend, holiday rotation if scheduled. Option for 5x8s (2 : 30 PM - 11 : 00 PM, 40 hrs / week) if interested.
Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum of 2 years in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Long-Term Care (LTC), or Medical-Surgical settings
License : Active Michigan LPN License
Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS) American Heart Association (AHA)
Additional Requirement : COVID-19 vaccination card
Responsibilities
Assist patients with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and report changes in condition.
Administer medications via oral, topical, subcutaneous, intramuscular, and intravenous routes.
Perform wound care, catheter care, and tracheostomy maintenance while monitoring for infections.
Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
