What You’ll Do
- Run a High-Volume Operation – Oversee a $3.5M restaurant, a 30-45 person team, and daily service execution.
- Drive Sales & Community Engagement – Connect with guests, lead local outreach, and create opportunities to grow revenue.
- Develop & Lead Your Team – Train Assistant Managers & Shift Leaders to take ownership of daily operations.
- Partner with Your Kitchen Manager – Work together to ensure smooth back-of-house operations while you focus on service & guest experience.
- Grow in Financial Leadership – Learn forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management as we develop our GM financial training.
Who You Are
- Minimum 2 years Assistant Store Manager or 1 year of General Manager experience
- A Strong Operator – You know how to manage teams, oversee fast-paced service, and ensure smooth daily execution.
- Excited to Learn Financials – You’re eager to develop forecasting & budgeting skills as part of your leadership growth.
- A Sales-Driven Leader – You take initiative in building guest connections and increasing sales.
- A People-Focused GM – You lead from the floor, coach your team, and create a strong team culture.
