We're on the lookout for a dynamic and detailed self-starter to join us as a Jr. Strategic Account Manager at Prime Power Services.  This position is responsible for the ongoing account management of assigned accounts.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers to maintain existing business and attract new opportunities by following up on quotes, presenting proposals and negotiating contract renewals.
  • Act as the customer’s representative within the company to ensure their demands are met and their experience meets Prime Power standards, to include performing gap analysis of current services against industry best practices.
  • Meet regular sales targets and execute the sales plan as defined to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Report all sales activity into CRM, including appointments, leads and opportunities, and account updates.
  • Work with other members of the sales, operations and accounting teams to ensure consistent communication and all customer requests are fulfilled, and issues are resolved promptly.

Your Skills:
  • Ability to establish oneself as a trusted advisor within named accounts.
  • Expertise in solution selling to effectively meet customer needs.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present technical information effectively to both small and large audiences.
  • Ability to build long-term business relationships as well as understand and uncover the customer’s business challenges.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Strong listening, discovery, and reporting skills to accurately capture and address customer needs.

Education and Experience
  • Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2 years’ experience in sales in a service industry highly desired.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously and maintain high renewal rates.
  • Demonstrated experience in using Microsoft Office and CRM software required.
