Job Overview:
Prime Process Safety Center is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven SEO, Marketing, and Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing SEO strategies, executing data-driven marketing campaigns, and analyzing key metrics to maximize the performance of digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical SEO expertise, digital marketing proficiency, and advanced analytical skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3 to 5 years) in SEO, digital marketing, and analytics, with a track record of improving organic search rankings and driving business results
- Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, or other relevant certifications.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and SEO for online stores (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
- Knowledge of local SEO, mobile SEO, and international SEO is a plus.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Strong proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog) and website performance analysis

- Experience with PPC advertising platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads) and campaign management
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Google Search Console
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
- Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Drupal, or Shopify, and experience optimizing websites for SEO
- Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy & Optimization
- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings across multiple platforms (Google, Bing, etc.).
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, and competitive analysis, and identify opportunities to improve website content and performance.
- Perform on-page SEO audits and optimize website elements (meta tags, content, images, URL structure, etc.) for better search engine visibility.
- Implement technical SEO improvements such as site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, and fixing crawl errors.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of SEO campaigns and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure consistent and sustained search engine visibility.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
- Lead the development and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, paid search (PPC), content marketing, and affiliate marketing.
- Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign messaging.
- Manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to ensure maximum ROI, optimize keywords, bidding, and ad targeting.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with business objectives and target audience needs.
Analytics & Data Insights
- Utilize web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) to track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and set clear benchmarks for tracking success across campaigns and SEO efforts.
- Analyze user behavior, website traffic, and conversion rates to uncover insights and opportunities for site optimization.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and actionable insights to senior leadership, recommending improvements and adjustments based on data.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate campaign performance and SEO progress to stakeholders.
Collaboration & Strategy Development
- Work closely with content creators, web developers, and designers to ensure alignment of SEO and marketing strategies with user experience (UX) and conversion goals.
- Provide SEO training and guidance to internal teams, helping them optimize their work for better organic visibility.
- Contribute to the overall digital marketing strategy by providing insights and suggestions to improve lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
