PROPERTY MGT. OFFICE ASSISTANT – Full Time, In House Position For Individual To Assist With Day To Day Office Operations For A High-Volume Property Mgt. Company. The Best Fit Individual Should Already Be Familiar With Basic Office Procedures, Be Able To Work Autonomously With Minimal Supervision, Have The Ability To Multi Task With Proficiency, And Have Strong Customer Service & Phone Skills.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS SHOULD INCLUDE:
- Minimum 2 Years Office Experience
- Intermediate To Advanced Computer Skills
- Expertise In Creating And Utilizing Spreadsheets
- Working Knowledge Of Quick Books
- Strong Time Management, Multi-Tasking, And Organizational Skills
- Ability To Communicate Effectively, Both Verbally And Written
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO;
· Answering Incoming Calls
· Qualifying Tenant Prospects on Phone to Book Property Showings
· Updating Website
· Placing Property Listings Online
· Working As a Liaison Between Staff & Tenants
· Basic Bookkeeping And Data Entry
· Showing Property To Prospective Tenants As Needed
