Clinical Supervisor (BCBA, LBA)

Job Summary
The Clinical Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services. This position is responsible for managing clinical staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and implementing effective treatment plans for clients, particularly children with autism and other behavioral health challenges. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral therapy and special education, along with a commitment to fostering a supportive environment for both clients and staff.

Duties

• Supervise and support clinical staff in the implementation of treatment plans and behavioral interventions.
• Conduct regular assessments of client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of medical records.
• Provide training and guidance on medical terminology, applied behavior analysis, and best practices in behavioral health.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes.
• Facilitate communication between families, caregivers, and external service providers to ensure cohesive support for clients.
• Stay informed about current trends and research in behavioral health and special education to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in behavioral health settings, particularly working with children on the autism spectrum.
• Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and the management of medical records.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Prior experience in providing training or supervision to clinical staff is preferred.
• A compassionate approach to working with individuals facing behavioral challenges.

Pay: $88,674.00 - $93,089.00 per year
