Prime Retail Services has an immediate opening for a full-time Permit Coordinator in our Construction department. This is an in-office role that will work out of our corporate office in Flowery Branch, GA. This will require being on-site for training and then comfortable in the office.

The permit coordinator is responsible for preparing applications and tracking the permitting process by providing coordination between the project teams and regulatory agencies.
- Maintains agency relationships and provides input to the team regarding meeting the project demands and schedules
- Coordinates all required permits before construction
- Submits draft audit permits to ensure closeout has been achieved to the supervisor
- Submits draft permitting process to include all drawings, applications, and fees
- Assist in submitting and coordinating building permits and licensing
- Acts as a liaison between regulatory agencies and project managers
- Organizes and maintains construction documents related to permits in the office
- Coordinates with the Manager and Director of Preconstruction regarding bond needs
- Assists the Manager and the Director of Preconstruction with daily objectives
- Assists the Project Manager with inspections on an as-needed basis
- Meets deadlines as required
- Produces spreadsheets as required
- Attends pre-bid and pre-construction meetings if necessary
- Assists with bid-related tasks
- Administrative work as necessary
- Additional duties as necessary and/or required by the supervisor
