Prime Retail Services has an immediate opening for a full-time Installation Field Crew Leader who will work remotely. This position will be remote in the field and will require extensive travel.

We are in need of an experienced and proficient team player to join our Prime Installation Division and provide your leadership skills.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

Lead teams and travel to multiple retail locations throughout the US
Lead and participate in the execution of a specifically assigned project
Communicate company goals, safety practices and project deadlines to team.
Contact store(s) prior to project start
Lead and assist team members in the following tasks to complete the job on time
Dismantling or reconfiguring current displays and sets
Assembling fixtures such as racking, and re-setting product on displays and shelving according to planogram schematics
Adhere to Prime's quality assurance standards
Troubleshoot any issues that may arise and communicate with designated supervisor
Provides training and mentoring to crew team members and fellow crew leads.
Comply with all rules and regulations of property owner
Responsible for completion of all check-in / check-out and required doForms

COMPETENCIES :

REQUIREMENTS :

High School Diploma or GED

1 to 2 years of remodel / reset experience in a leadership role at hardware, discount, or big box retail environments.

Experience merchandising, reading planograms / schematics with the assembly and movement of steel racking, building fixtures and moving beams.

Must own, have the knowledge of, and the ability to use hand tools including power tools

Must be able to travel to any US work location

Must be able to work evenings and weekends and be out of town for extended periods of time if the work requires

Must poses a valid driver's license

Must have own dependable vehicle

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

Bachelor's Degree in related field

Prior construction experience a plus

Experience desired includes - home improvement stores, big box retail, pharmacy, planograms, national rollouts, remodel, gondola, new stores, and experience with national racking standards

Gondola / Retail Fixture installation

Deep understanding of merchandising

Must have the ability to push, pull, and lift material up to 50 pounds and perform tasks that involve stooping, walking, bending, searching for items and standing for extended periods of time

Ability to understand work instructions
