Join our team as the B2B Growth Marketing Manager and play a pivotal role in driving our go-to-market strategy, empowering our sales team, and showcasing our innovative solutions. This position reports to the Chief Operations Officer (COO).

Goal :

Develop and implement the strategic marketing plan and operational process to help double revenue in 2025

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee Prime Robotics’ marketing efforts (from creative, to content, to operations, to digital, to product)
  • Develop monthly, quarterly, and year-long strategic plans
  • Lead development of the marketing strategy to create effective plans focused on generating leads and demand for Prime Robotics to grow the pipeline
  • Identify short and long-term resource needs, including development and management of the annual marketing budget
  • Understand key performance metrics and tracking tools for competitor analysis, campaign results, consumer trends, and translate results into actionable insights, reporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly
  • Spearhead the execution of marketing campaigns, including segmentation, testing, tracking, results reporting, analyses, and recommendations
  • Provide marketing and pipelines points of views to leadership and executive management team
  • Support sales objectives to grow the customer base with sales enablement, sales operations, sequencing, and email campaigns
  • Optimize the MarTech Stack against B2B best practices to realize optimizations in marketing and business spend
  • Train sales on marketing tech stack and best practices, as needed (ZoomInfo, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plans and strategy and promotional programs to drive qualified leads that convert to customers
  • Manage conception, development, and implementation of trade shows, conventions, and conferences, prepare engaging displays and collateral, and provide post-event reports and analysis
  • Design, create, and execute content marketing strategy and editorial calendar and produce high-quality content
  • Create and execute promotional and lead generation campaigns
  • Oversee marketing contractors responsible for various segments or projects (content, search engine optimization, advertising, email, branding, PR, social media)
  • Leverage website, content, social media, and SEO to promote the company's products and solutions

Requirements

  • Experience : 5 years of marketing experience in the warehouse robotics automation industry or related fields (e.g., warehouse management software, industrial automation). Experience working for a startup is a plus.
  • Skills : Expertise in creating sales enablement tools, driving SEO strategy, managing inbound campaigns, and planning tradeshows / events.
  • Collaboration : Proven ability to work cross-functionally with leadership, sales, product, and external vendors.
  • Creativity : Strong content creation skills with a keen eye for design and messaging.
  • Results-Oriented : Data-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Education : bachelors degree in marketing or a related field of study.
  • Salary :

    110,000-130,000 depending on experience

    Travel : 10% or less annually

    The Location :

  • 1597 Cole Blvd., Lakewood, CO. This position reports to this location five days a week.
